01. MOBILE CLOSINGS.
We come to you! No matter where your closing happens, our team will be available to meet you and your clients to complete the transaction. We have many locations, too, if you’d rather meet at one of our offices!
02. ESCROW SERVICES.
Rivers Title will organize all escrow monies for your transactions. We will coordinate to have the money direct deposited into an account, or you can drop it off at one of our locations. We are also able to come pick it up directly at your and/or your client’s door, too!
03. PAPERWORK.
The most important service a title company can provide is peace of mind with regards to paperwork. We’ll ensure that the typing and distribution of the title commitments, final title insurance policies, and delivery of executed documents to the recorder’s office is, well, perfect!
